Winkly Science&Technology PTE. LTD. formulates this Privacy Policy to regulate collection, storage, transmission and utilization of user personal data, complying with Singapore PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) and European Union GDPR data protection regulation. This policy applies to all visitors, registered corporate clients, technical developers who utilise our international SMS and VoIP API communication services.

 

1. Types of information we collect

 

1. Voluntarily submitted information: corporate registered information, contact mailbox, business phone number, billing details, API application credentials submitted when opening service accounts.

 

2. Automatically collected browsing data: webpage access logs, device identification data recorded via functional cookies, relevant browsing behaviour statistics; refer to independent Cookie Policy for comprehensive tracking rules.

We never actively collect sensitive financial card information, and all credit card payment procedures will be processed by licensed third-party payment service providers including Stripe, PayPal and Wise. Our company cannot obtain complete bank card details of end customers.

 

2. Purpose for data utilisation

 

1. Process service activation, technical deployment, regular billing settlement and after-sales technical support.

 

2. Identify abnormal access behaviour to prevent fraud transactions and malicious abuse of our communication pipelines.

 

3. Send official service notice, system upgrade alerts and tariff adjustment notifications upon user’s explicit consent.

 

3. Authorised third-party data sharing

 

We will share necessary business data with regulated cooperative service vendors only under legitimate business demand, these partners contain:

 

• Global licensed payment processors: Stripe, PayPal, Wise

 

• Cloud server operators and upstream telecommunication providers such as China Mobile International, Vonage

All cooperative corporations must follow corresponding data protection laws. We will not sell, rent or distribute user personal identifiable information to irrelevant third parties without formal written approval from clients. Our cross-border communication business enjoys GST tax exemption under Singapore tax law, relevant financial records will be retained for statutory tax filing inspection.

 

4. User legitimate data rights

 

All clients hold rights to check exported personal records, amend registered account information or submit formal application to erase stored personal data. We will finish relevant procedure within 10 working days after receiving valid written requests.

 

5. Data storage cycle

 

Corporate business documents and billing records shall be preserved following Singapore statutory retention requirement; ordinary browsing anonymous data will be cleared periodically once statistical analysis finishes.

 

6. Policy amendment
