These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between Winkly Science&Technology PTE. LTD., a company duly incorporated under the laws of Singapore (UEN:202311725R , registered office address： 60 PAYA LEBAR ROAD,#12-03,PAYA LEBAR SQUARE,SINGAPORE 409051 hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”) and any individual, enterprise entity accessing our official website winklyscience.com and purchasing our communication API services. All clients acknowledge they have read, understood and agreed to all clauses once they submit inquiries, open API access or complete payment for our international SMS, VoIP voice notification and cloud communication solutions.
- Scope of Service
Our core offerings cover cross-border transaction verification SMS, merchant service notification messages, outbound official business phone calls for global e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Temu, TikTok Shop, Lazada, JD Group and China Mobile International affiliated corporate clients. We deliver pay-as-you-go prepaid plans, monthly recurring subscription packages and customized enterprise exclusive communication channels for overseas commercial entities.
Our billing descriptor shown on customer credit card bank statement shall be displayed as WINKLY SCIENCE SG. All relevant cross-border service transactions qualify for Singapore GST zero-rate exemption pursuant to local inland revenue regulations.
- Binding linkage with other legal policies
Clients shall strictly comply with our published Acceptable Use Policy, Cookie Policy, Service Level Agreement and Refund Policy, all of which are incorporated into this Terms of Service as supplementary legal provisions. Any violation stipulated within Acceptable Use Policy will trigger corresponding account limitation and financial disposal rules recorded hereunder.
- Payment terms
- Prepaid plan: Clients top up account balance in advance, service fees will be deducted automatically according to real-time consumption of SMS messages and voice call minutes.
- Monthly subscription plan: Recurring billing will be processed on the fixed billing date selected during order confirmation. Users may cancel automatic renewal ahead of the next billing cycle.
- Enterprise customized contract service: Payment cycle, settlement method shall follow written bilateral commercial contracts signed by both parties.
We adopt 3D Secure verification mechanism for credit card transactions to lower chargeback risks for card issuers and our merchants.
- Service suspension regulation
- The service provider reserves authority to temporarily restrict or terminate client API access upon confirmed violation of acceptable usage rules, local telecom regulatory laws in Singapore and end-user resident countries.
- Abnormal transaction frequency, massive bulk request and customer complaints about spam communication will trigger internal risk control inspection; clients need to deliver valid written explanation within three business days to lift service restriction.
- Cancellation and refund rule
Detailed refund provisions are fully defined in independent Refund Policy page. Any service consumed already cannot apply for fund reimbursement. Services terminated due to illegal usage are excluded from all refund applications.
- Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the statutes of the Republic of Singapore. Any commercial dispute arising out of service cooperation will be submitted to arbitration within Singapore jurisdiction.
- Revision of Terms
We reserve the right to revise these terms periodically. Revised content will be published via legal navigation bar located at website footer. Continued usage of our communication services after revision release equals automatic acceptance of updated clauses.
