What is the difference between prepaid and postpaid?
Prepaid requires you to top up your balance before sending. Once the balance is used, you need to add funds to continue. It suits businesses with flexible or unpredictable volumes. Postpaid lets you send first and settle at month-end, ideal for stable, high-volume enterprise clients β subject to credit approval.
Is there a minimum top-up amount for credit card payments?
The minimum top-up via credit card is USD $50. For bank transfers, the minimum is USD $200. Postpaid accounts have no minimum spend β you are billed based on actual usage only.
How long does a bank transfer take to credit?
Once we receive your funds, balance is typically credited within 1β2 business days. Please include your Account ID in the transfer reference to speed up reconciliation.
Are long SMS messages (concatenated) billed per segment?
Messages exceeding 160 characters are split into segments of 153 characters each for billing purposes. The recipient's device will display them as a single message, but each segment is charged at the standard rate.
How do I apply for postpaid billing?

What invoice format do you provide?
